I'm hoping that this is just a flash in the pan like New Coke. As we all know, the Russians love their Vodka. Now a professor in Moscow has find a way to put vodka in pill form. "Vodka in form of a pill would come handy at parties when “consumers” would be able to calculate their exact required dosage.“ I doubt the Russians are calculating the exact dosage and if they are, they probably are drinking while doing it. This is one of the dumbest ideas I have ever heard of. It is asking for people to get drunk without even knowing they're drunk and going universes beyond their tolerance.
